Muir Room Tours

Muir is home to four student resident buildings. Tioga and Tenaya in the North and Northwest of the grassy Muir quad are our residential halls, typically housing first year students. Tuolumne and Tamarack, located south of the quad and closer to the center of the college, are apartments primarily for continuing students.

What's in a room?

Each student will have their own Twin XL bed (36" x 80"), Desk, Shelf, Wardrobe, and dresser in their space. Each room will have waste/recycle bins. Students are allowed to bring additional storage or furniture, however it is not permitted to remove the provided furniture from the room. Beds are able to be raised or lowered 14" and 32" if not bunk or lofted style.

Tioga and Tenaya Residential Halls

Home to incoming first-years, Tioga and Tenaya are our residential halls. There are single, double, and triple rooms available. There are typically 5 rooms in a suite, with 2-3 being triples.

Triple Rooms
