May 2024

• May 15, 2024 Accept the Offer of Admission, activate your Single Sign On and activate your ucsd.edu email 
• May 29 - New Triton Advising (NTA) site for First-Years opens.
• May 29- College Orientation Registration (COR) site for First-Years opens.
• May 25 - Deadline for signed housing contract and pre-payment.

June 2024

• PLEASE NOTE: Housing Application deadline for first year students has been EXTENDED to June 7, 2024. Please refer to the UC San Diego Housing•Dining•Hospitality website for more information regarding on-campus housing.

July 2024

• July 1st- First Year Admitted Students that accept the offer of admission are required to submit final official transcripts directly from each institution they attended from grades 9 through 12 by the July 1 postmark deadline.
• July 8, 2024-Optional opportunity to apply for a Living Learning Community or Gender Inclusive Housing: 
  • Must have the signed housing contract by the deadline.
  • More information on our Living Learning Communities or Gender Inclusive Housing can be found here. 
• July 26 - Deadline to register for the New Student Orientation program. You may incur a $25 fee for registering or making changes to your registration after this date.
• July 26- New Triton Advising Academic Background Due

August 2024

• August 1 - Deadline to submit photo online for UC San Diego Student ID card. For detailed information on how to submit your photo, visit the Campus Card website. Your ID card will be ready for pick up when you arrive on campus in the fall.
•  August  5- 9am-11:30am Part One Orienation Incoming First Year Students
•  August 7- 1pm- 3:30pm Part One Orienation Incoming First Year Students
• August - Advising Webinars for First-Year Students begin. Check your UCSD email for more information
• August  - Enrollment guidance available on Virtual Advising Center.
• August  - E-Advising available to answer questions about fall quarter enrollment
• August  - Fall course enrollment begins on your enrollment appointment time. Visit TritonLink and click on WebReg.

September 2024

• September 16 - Fall 2023 fees due. Billing statement available on TritonLink.
• September 18-24 - New Student Orientation In-Person Sessions. You must register and attend one of the sessions. 
• September 18-29 - Welcome Week activities occur in Muir College as well as additional campus wide events with TWOW.
• September 18 - Housing contract begins. Move into Residence Halls based on move-in timeline. Check your Room Assignment notice (available in late August) for your move-in date and times.
• September -New Student Convocation. Visit the Triton Weeks of Welcome website for more information.
• September 26- First day of classes! Yes, it is a Thursday!

• June 1 - Deadline to accept your offer of admission
• June 7 - Deadline for on-campus housing application to be received. Please refer to the UC San Diego Housing•Dining•Hospitality website for more information regarding on-campus housing. Housing contract information will be emailed to your UC San Diego email address in mid-June (Week of June 17th)
• June 17 - Access to online advising through New Triton Advising (NTA).
• June 28th-Deadline to submit academic background survey through New Triton Advising.

July 2024

• July 1-  Deadline for signed housing contract and pre-payment.
• July 1 - Postmark deadline for the Office of Admissions to receive official transcripts and IGETC certifications. Items received after this day may not be posted before Fall enrollment.
• July 8 - Optional opportunity to apply for a Living Learning Community or Gender Inclusive Housing due date
