Shawna Held

Out-of-State & International Student Outreach Coordinator

Shawna Held self-designed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Eating Disorders and Young Women's Empowerment through Fairhaven College at Western Washington University. Originally from Washington state, she moved to California to earn her Master's of Arts in Women's Studies. Throughout her career in Student Affairs, she worked on empowering students through campus involvement as well as awareness and access to campus resources. She has experience as a Resident Advisor, Assistant Coordinator of a Women's Center, Admissions Advisor, and most recently worked in Athletics (Go Tritons!).

Shawna works with international and out-of-state students and loves to empower all students to become involved and have a great experience as a Triton!
