• US Open
Traffic will be NO JOKE during the US OPEN – Don’t be late for your final exam! The US Open will run from June 9-15. Student services, such as Student Health, Recreation, Psychological and Counseling Services, the undergraduate colleges, and Price Center, will operate as usual. The following offices will have minimal staff available for emergencies and urgent matters only: Undergraduate Admissions, Judicial Affairs, and Student Legal Services. The following offices/ departments will have modified hours: Department of Sociology - 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (open during lunch hour). The following offices will be closed: Student Research and Information, EAOP, and OASIS.

• Counseling and Psychological Services are looking for Summer Interns
Counseling & Psychological Services is looking for summer interns to volunteer 4-10 hours per week. An intern will assist the department with various counseling center related projects, such as updated referral lists, outreach programs. Skills in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are preferred. This internship will provide great exposure to counseling and clinical psychology environments, as well as access to our psychology staff (if you have any questions about psychology graduate schools!). We are also looking for a webpage intern who will assist us with our next webpage revision. Skills in html, css, flash, and photoshop strongly preferred. • Muir Semi-Formal Committee
Muir Semi-Formal Committee needs to fill co-chair positions for MSF 08-09. MSF is looking for enthusiastic, creative, organized Muir students to help plan next year's MSF. • Tribe of Muir Transfer Events
TMT is sponsoring some events so come on out and have some fun. On Sunday, May 18 there will be a subsidized brunch at Broken Yolk Cafe from 11 am to 1 pm. Also on the 18th TMT, along with ACTA, is having a Beach Day starting at 3 at La Jolla Shores. There will be a sand castle competition, BBQ, and much more. And come eat 35 cent chicken wings with TMT at Pizza Port on Wednesday, May 21 at 7 pm.

Room Selection times come out today! If you don't have a great time, enter the ROOM RAFFLE! From Thursday until Sunday raffle tickets will be sold at certain hours in Sierra Summit. You can purchase raffle tickets for $1. Up to 50 tickets to be put in the raffle for the first time slot. Sponsored by Muir Res Council.
